Learning to Work Mentor a Young Person – Mosaic Enterprise
Take a group of young people on a journey, over approximately 10 weeks, to inspire and innovate them to create a Pop Up Shop. You will be the students mentor for 1hr a week as they develop an innovative initiative as part of a competition. Secondary School students will take part in the finals being hosted in March 2020. The Mosaic programme forms part of The Prince’s Trust work with young people. This is an annual inter-school competition that encourages a spirit of entrepreneurship among young people. Students aged 11 to 16-years-old with mentor, support, learn about establishing and running a business through a business simulation game, with successful teams pursuing their own sustainable businesses through regional and national Dragons’ Den style finals. Training is provided in Slough but the opportunities are available in Slough & Bracknell too if of interest. 1hr for mentoring over 10 week period (1hr per week).
